1. Folktale platform and brand
The Folktale platform, including its software, design, documentation, and underlying models, is owned by Folktale Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Folktale name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Folktale Limited.
2. Customer data
Customers retain all right, title, and interest in the data they upload to the platform, including stories, transcripts, surveys, attachments, and any reports generated from that data. Folktale claims no ownership over customer data.
3. AI outputs
Outputs generated by AI features within the platform from customer inputs are owned by the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publication or decision-making.
4. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the platform, you grant Folktale a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the product, without obligation to you.
5. Third-party materials
The platform may incorporate third-party open source components, each licensed under its own terms. A list is available on request.
6. Infringement claims
If you believe content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact legal@folktale.ai with sufficient detail for us to investigate.
